What is your shipping policy?
We ship internationally to most of the USA, Canada, and Europe. Shipping rates can be viewed at checkout. All available options for shipping are listed.
Orders ship out within 2 to 5 business days from the day you place the order.
Shipping does not include the 2 to 3 business days it can take to process the order.The 2 to 5 days shipping orders typically arrive within 7 business days from when you place the order. For international orders the time can be longer.
How much does it cost to ship internationally?
You can check the cost to ship to your country by going through the checkout process and adding your address.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item within 10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have a defective product, send us a photo to astrobabesstore@gmail.com and we will help you out.
What do I do if my shipment is missing?
If your package has gone missing in transit or if you don’t have any shipping info, please contacting us at astrobabesstore@gmail.com.
In the case of missing packages, we’ll replace your order in its entirety once.
What if my item arrived broken?
We’ll be happy to replace your order for free. Just send us an image of your broken item and your order number to astrobabes@gmail.com.
How do I clean my pieces?
We recommend isopropyl and sea salt.
